What to include when you reach out
The more of these we know up front, the faster we can schedule the right visit:
- Your address or ZIP code — so we can estimate drive time and dispatch window.
- What appliance — refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.
- What brand and model — model numbers are usually inside the door or behind a drawer.
- What’s it doing — “freezer fine, fridge warm,” “won’t heat,” “error code F11,” etc.
- How urgent — is it a spoiled-food emergency, a flooded-floor emergency, or “it can wait a few days.”
Even if you only have one or two of those, call. We’ll fill in the rest on the phone.
